Our a double room was huge and immaculate with exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom was amazing, with bathtubs. The hotel's location was magnificent, right by SouthWest and Garden, all the main eateries and shops, and many major restaurants. We could drink something at Old Chicago, located 1 mi away.

The staff were amazing, welcoming and accommodating. Bridget went out of her way to meet all our needs. The location was great, with easy access to eateries and shops. The property offered everything we needed with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Parking was plentiful.

This hotel is in a great location, close to several dining options and stores. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with plenty of plug-ins for convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast options are varied, with homemade salsa that even converted a non-salsa lover. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities.

The ice machine on our floor was broken, which was quite inconvenient.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. From the well-maintained rooms to the comfortable beds, I could tell that the staff take great pride in their work. The rooms were spacious and roomy, and I appreciated the added touch of having a sofa bed in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I couldn't find a single detail left undone. Additionally, the breakfast served was top-notch. With a delightful spread and a charming dining area complete with "real" dishes and silverware, it felt like a true luxury experience. Moreover, the location was great, as it was within walking distance of several fast food joints, restaurants, and even some shopping.

All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The attention to detail was incredible, from the neat and clean rooms to the breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with homemade items and a variety of delicious options. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with top-notch amenities like a jacuzzi and a luxurious shower with two shower heads. It truly felt like a home away from home.

All aspects of my stay were wonderful.
